Exchange or return? That is also possible!

It is always possible to return or exchange a product that does not meet your needs. All you have to do is email me within 14 days (info@partsandpieces.nl) to inform us of this and return the product.

If you want to return, I will ensure that your purchase amount is refunded to your account within 5 working days. If you would like to exchange it, please let us know in your email for which other product. I will settle the difference in purchase amount with you.

The costs for returning your product are at your own expense. If you paid via Paypal, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount minus the costs for Paypal.

What am I not taking back? Products that have been used, the packaging is damaged and that have been ordered especially for you.
