Exchange or return? That is also possible!

It is always possible to return or exchange a product that does not meet your wishes. You just need to contact us within 14 days by email (info@partsandpieces.nl) and return the product. Let us know the order number and whether you want to exchange or return the product.

If you want to return it, we will ensure that your purchase amount is refunded to your account within 5 working days. If you want to exchange it, let us know in your e-mail against which other product. I will settle the difference in purchase amount with you.

The costs for returning your product are for your own account.

What do we not take back? Products that have been used, the packaging of which is damaged and that have been ordered especially for you.
