Exchange or return? That is also possible!

It is always possible to return or exchange a product that does not meet your needs. All you have to do is email me within 14 days (info@partsandpieces.nl) stating the order number and return the product.

If you want to return it, I will make sure that you purchase amount including shipping costs within 5 working days to your account. If you paid via Paypal then you will receive the purchase amount back minus the costs for Paypal.
Do you want it swap then let me know in your email against which other product. I will settle the difference in purchase amount with you.

The costs for returning your product are at your own expense. You must also take care of the return shipment yourself.

What do I not take back? Products that have been used, whose packaging is damaged and that have been ordered especially for you. Please note: it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned undamaged.
