Description
Water-based Mobilack lacquer for furniture Ultra Matt (GU 0-5) from Borma Wachs can be used as a single component product, or can be activated with the Hardener for waterborne paints ( 4100-2K), with a ratio of paint : catalyst = 10 : 1. Respects the environment and health, is water-based and practically VOC-free. With Mobilack you can achieve very high levels of protection against wear. It can be used for traditional furniture, both pre-sanded and for restoration.
Instructions
– Apply to a smooth and clean surface, free of oils, greases, waxes, silicones and old paint, well sanded.
– If used with the hardener for waterborne paints 4100-2K in the ratio 10 : 1, stir well and then add 5-10% water (possibly demineralized) and stir again. Wait 10 minutes.
– Apply Mobilack lacquer for furniture in two or three layers (each 80-100 ml per m²), depending on the desired finish.
– Wait 12 hours after each coat and sand with sandpaper, carefully vacuum up all the dust and clean with an antistatic cloth. Then apply the next layer of Mobilack.
